3 - CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can milk
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped pimentos
1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. shredded Colby or American cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook lasagne noodles. Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in soup, milk, pimentos and basil. Place 1/2 of noodles in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with 1/2 of sauce mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 chicken and 1/2 of remaining cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
