BEEF AND SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, diced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar pimento (2 oz.)
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook meat, onion and green pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Add salt and soup; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in pimento and sour cream. Turn mixture into casserole and top with biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. (You may substitute noodles for biscuits and mix all together.)
