MARINATED GREEK SALAD 
2 c. cauliflowerets
2 c. broccoli pieces
3/4 c. pitted ripe olives
8 oz. bottle (1 c.) Italian dressing
4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
12 oz. cherry tomatoes
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. salad olives

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Just before serving, stir in Feta cheese.
