MANICOTTI 
8 oz. Mozzarella
Cottage cheese or ricotta (opt.)
Spaghetti sauce
12 oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Manicotti noodles

Cook noodles. Grate cheddar and Mozzarella cheese and mix together. Add cottage cheese or ricotta cheese if using. Stuff noodles with cheeses. Do not over stuff or noodles will tear. Place in pan and cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
