BEEF AND OLIVE ENTREE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tall can ripe olives, cut in halves
2 tsp. oil
1 c. onion, chopped
1 (#2 1/2) can tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. egg noodles
3 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Saute meat, add onion, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer while cooking noodles per instructions. In a casserole, beginning with sauce, make layers of drained noodles, olives, and cheese, ending with cheese. Bake covered 25 minutes and uncovered 10 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
