QUICHE LORRAINE 
Dash onion salt
5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese (block)
1 pie shell
Mushrooms (optional)
9" prebaked pie shell

Cook bacon; snip into pieces. Shred cheese. Mix remaining ingredients in. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
