COFFEE OR MOCHA ICING 
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 box powdered sugar
Cold coffee
1 tbsp. cocoa (optional)

Add melted butter to powdered sugar, mixing as you add. Gradually add coffee to sugar until desired consistency is reached.

If chocolate icing is desired add 1 tablespoon cocoa to powdered sugar.
