3 c. fresh peaches
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salad greens
Pecans

Cut peaches in half, remove pits. Dice peaches. Combine peaches with celery and pecans in a large bowl. Refrigerate covered about 1 hour. Pour cream into mixer bowl and whip stiff.
