APRICOT NECTAR CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines supreme cake mix 5 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. apricot nectar 1/2 pkg. lemon instant pie filling mix Mix well, about 4 minutes. Bake in a tube pan at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. While still warm, mix 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and juice of 1 lemon (or half lemon juice and half apricot nectar mixed) and glaze cake. |
