CHEDDAR POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 sm. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. pkg. shredded cheese
Paprika
1 stick butter

Melt stick of butter; spread 4 tablespoons of butter in a 9 x 12 inch dish. Layer hash brown potatoes in dish with onions on top. Put remaining butter, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheese over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, then bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
