LEAN STIR FRY 
6 c. vegetables (pepper strips, red onions, mushrooms, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.)
2 tsp. olive oil
1 env. Good Seasons No Oil Italian dressing
1/4 c. nonalcoholic wine

Fry red onions in oil, add vegetables. Cut up stir fry, add dressing and wine, cover and steam for 15 minutes.
