CAULIRONI 
1 head cauliflower, cooked, drained & mashed
1 1/3 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 c. evaporated milk, can use skim
1/3 c. dry powdered milk
2 tbsp. butter
4 oz. grated cheese
1 can green chilies, chopped

Make cream sauce from milks and butter. Add cauliflower, macaroni, cheese and chilies to cream sauce, reserving some cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
