STRAWBERRY SUPER GOOD STUFF 
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cooking oil
3 c. fresh sliced strawberries
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
3 egg whites
36 sqs. graham crackers or thin sugar cookies or vanilla wafers
1 c. whipping cream

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the sugar and oil. Stir in strawberries and nuts. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gently add sugar that remains (1/4 cup). Gently add strawberry mixture, folding into egg whites. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers; spread mixture alternating 3 times; refrigerate. Beat whip cream until stiff and cover dessert.
