CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice

1. Rinse chicken. Remove and discard wing tip. Sever wings at joint. Place pieces in 9 x 13 inch pan.

2. Cook sauce ingredients together until thick. Pour sauce over chicken. Turn to coat chicken pieces.

3. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking about 15 more minutes.
