CHICKEN - TURKEY CASSEROLE 
Approx. 2 c. boned chicken or turkey
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion (or so)
8 (or so) soft tortillas

Mix boned chicken, sour cream, soup, chilies and part of the grated cheese (about 3/4 of it) and the onion. Spoon some of the mixture into warmed tortilla round, roll and place in 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle rest of cheese over all. Touch of parsley (dried) for color. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes, or until cheese has melted and it looks heated throughout.

Real good for holiday left-over turkey or chicken. Be creative and add some peas, or cooked carrots or whatever strikes you for variety. This is one of those easy dishes that can be done with "more or less" ingredients. Serves 4-6.
