1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar free Jello brand strawberry flavor gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
2 c. thawed Cool Whip, whipped topping
1 baked 9" pie shell, cooled

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce and rind; add juice. Chill until thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Chill again until mixture will mound. Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with cranberries, if desired.
