ABC VEGETABLE SOUP | |
5 3/4 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. onion, sliced 4 chicken bouillon cubes 3/4 tsp. garlic powder 3/4 tsp. marjoram 1 (10 oz.) pkg. carrots, sliced 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflowerettes 1 (10 oz.) frozen corn 1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, chopped 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas 1 c. ABC macaroni Combine broth, 3 cups water, onion, bouillon cubes and seasonings in 5 quart pot. Bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer covered 5 minutes. Add frozen vegetables. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Add macaroni. Cook 8 minutes or until vegetables and macaroni are tender. Keep warm over very low heat or reheat as desired. |
