ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
6 c. zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 box Stove Top (chicken) dressing
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded cheese

Boil zucchini and onions together for 5 minutes; drain. Add chicken soup, sour cream and shredded carrots. Mix Stove Top dressing with 1/2 cup melted butter and put half of the dressing on bottom of baking dish. Top with the zucchini mixture and cover with remaining dressing. 1/2 cup cheese on top and rest of cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
