2 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. hot water

Mix all together and bake at 425 degrees. Drop spoonfuls onto cookie sheets like cookies.

WHOOPIE PIE FILLING:

1 c. shortening
1 c. confectionery sugar
1 sm. (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff

Mix with batter and fill whoopie pie cookies.
