IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
1/2 c. Bisquick (don't pack)
3/4 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (13 oz.) canned milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 pie plate. Beat all ingredients 2 minutes until smooth or 1 minute on high in blender. Pour into buttered pie plate. Bake until knife inserted into the middle comes out clean, about 40 to 50 minutes. When cold, top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
