ZESTY DRUMSTICKS 
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
3/4 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 tsp. italian herb seasoning
6 chicken drumsticks (or other pieces)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat and set aside. Combine crumbs, cheese, herb seasoning and salt in a food bag. Twist top and shake bag to mix ingredients. Wash chicken pieces and pat them dry. Drop chicken, 3 pieces at a time, into bag of crumbs. Shake bag to coat chicken. Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in baking dish. Drizzle chicken with butter. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
