ITALIAN GRILLED CHEESE 
2 slices Italian bread
2 tbsp garlic spread/garlic butter
2 thin tomato slices
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Dash of oregano (optional)

Spread 1 tablespoon of garlic butter on two slices of Italian bread on each slice. Place the bread into a frying pan, butter side down, over medium-low heat. Place mozzarella on top of the bread, followed by the tomato slices.

If using, add a dash of oregano atop the tomatoes. Place the other slice of bread, butter side up, on top. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
