ONE - POT MACARONI AND BEEF | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 c. elbow macaroni 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in large skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add remaining ingredients and 1 1/2 cups water, mixing well. Simmer covered, for 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally, adding more water if necessary. Serve immediately. |
