MEXICAN CORN 
1/4 red sweet pepper or pimento
1/4 green pepper
1/4 onion
1 can corn
1 tbsp. butter
1 green pepper ring
Salt and pepper

Dice green pepper, onion, and red pepper or pimento. In a skillet, put the butter and the above items. Saute. Add the corn, use the juice too. Simmer 5 minutes until most of the liquid is gone. Salt and pepper to add taste. Garnish and serve hot.
