MEXICAN HOT DISH 
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 cans El Paso refried beans with sausage
1 jar mild or hot taco sauce
Monterey Jack cheese

TOPPING:

Sour cream
Scallions, chopped
Black olives, sliced

Saute onion, green pepper and beef. Put in casserole. Cover with two cans El Paso refried beans with sausage. Top with grated cheese (I use lots) and cover that with taco sauce. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with sour cream, chopped scallions and sliced black olives.
