CHERRY NUT BARS 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
2 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped pecans
3 sticks butter, melted
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows

Combine dry ingredients and nuts. Pour butter over this mixture. Mix well. Take one half of this mixture and pat into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

Pour pie filling over this crust and cover it with the marshmallows. Spread the other half of crust mixture over the top of the marshmallows and return to oven. Bake 30 to 35 minutes more. Cool to serve.
