PARMESAN POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Chopped parsley

Pare potatoes; cut in quarters. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bowl or bag. Moisten potatoes in water. Toss or shake a few at a time with cheese mixture. Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking pan. Place potatoes in pan. Sprinkle with left over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn once during baking. When soft and golden brown, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
