LIGHT AS FOAM ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar

Scald 1 cup milk, pour over 1/2 cup shortening, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 3/4 teaspoon salt, cool. Add 1 beaten egg and 3 1/4 cups flour, stir all together. Let rise in a warm place. Stir down and let rise again. Grease muffin tins well, spoon dough about half full in tins. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rise about 1/2 hour, bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes.
