HOT MULLED CRANBERRY ORANGE CUP | |
2 c. cranberry juice cocktail 1/3 c. sugar 8 whole cloves 1 (2 inch) cinnamon sticks Peel from orange, cut into strips 3 c. orange juice Cinnamon sticks (opt.) In 2-quart saucepan stir together cranberry juice, sugar, cloves, 1 cinnamon stick and orange peel. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes; strain. Stir in orange juice. Heat through but do not boil. Serve hot. Garnish with cinnamon sticks if desired. Makes 5 cups. |
