MOMMA'S MAC AND CHEESE | |
1 (16 oz.) box macaroni pasta noodles 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Colby Jack cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese 1 cup milk 4 eggs 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted paprika, to taste ground pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Cut all cheese into cubes or use shredded cheese. Drain noodles (when fully cooked). Place noodles in aluminum pan or casserole dish. Add cheese (with your hands). Massage all the cheese and noodles together so that the cheese is throughout the entire dish. Add milk, eggs and butter slowly. Continue to mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle paprika and pepper on top to garnish. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy! Submitted by: Jeanne Leonard |
