NO KNEAD WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. whole wheat flour

Mix flour, warm water, sugar, yeast and salt. Beat until smooth. Rise until light and bubbly, about 20 minutes. Mix hot water, brown sugar and butter. Cool to lukewarm. Add to sponge. Add whole wheat flour. Mix until smooth but do not knead. Place dough in two greased loaf pans. Let rise until double in bulk, about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
