HOT FRUIT COMPOTE 
2 cans pears, drained
1 can peaches, drained
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
24 cooked prunes
3 c. applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. brandy (optional) (orange flavored or other fruit flavor)

Mix all ingredients together. Let it set for a few hours. Heat, serve warm.
