OAT BURGERS (FAKE HAMBURGERS) 
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Onions
Green peppers (optional)
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Basil

Mix all ingredients but tomato sauce and basil. Make patties and brown on both sides. Pour sauce over patties, sprinkle with basil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Very good meat alternative.
