CHICKEN SALAD | |
5 c. cooked, drained sm. shell salad noodles 2 sm. cans Swanson chicken or 3 fresh chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and shredded 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, diced sm. 1/2 c. frozen peas 2 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp. mustard 1 tbsp. pickle relish Add together: noodles, chicken, cheese and eggs. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and relish. Pour over cooked noodles and blend well. Add frozen peas at last minute. Salt and pepper for taste. Note: Leave the peas frozen until you are ready to throw them in the salad. |
