BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 qt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. (about 5 oz.) blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Salt to taste

Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly. This recipe may be adjusted to your taste by changing breads of mayonnaise. A little less vinegar and (or) more milk will make it less sharp. The cottage cheese adds texture without sharpness, but may be omitted. Makes a scant 1 1/2 quarts.
