PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. box spiral macaroni (rotinni), cooked & drained
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped white onion
4-6 oz. pepperoni, sliced
1 can mushrooms
Black olives, if desired
3 cans pizza sauce
2 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese sprinkled at different layers

Brown sausage with green pepper and onion until sausage is cooked and vegetables are crisp tender. Drain well. Layer ingredients alternately, beginning with 1/3 of rotinni. Then layer again until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese. Use the ingredients your family prefers on pizza. Kids love this and it can be adapted to their taste as well as to adults.
