FRIED OYSTERS 
1 pt. drained oysters
1 c. Club cracker crumbs
Salt
Pepper
1 egg, well beaten

Wash oysters in very salty water. Drain, mix crumbs, pepper, and salt. Dip oysters in crumbs, then in beaten egg, again in crumbs. Fry in deep hot fat; drain on brown paper and serve hot. Serves 4.
