RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins

Mix sugar, mustard and cornstarch. Slowly add vinegar, lemon juice, water and raisins. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Makes 2 cups. Serve over ham.
