STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. butter
1/8 c. parsley
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can of devil ham
1/4 c. bread crumbs (Italian)
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. butter
1 box fresh mushrooms

Wash and stem mushrooms, chop stems and saute in butter; set aside. Saute mushroom caps 5 minutes in butter to get tender; set aside.

Filling: Mushroom stems, onion, butter, bread crumbs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce.

Fill caps and broil 5-8 minutes. (May be reheated in microwave.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
