4 flour tortillas (I use 8 family size, big ones)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. dry HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch buttermilk salad dressing mix
2 or 3 green onions, chopped

Toppings:

1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
carrots
olives

Mix softened cream cheese, dressing mix and onions. Spread mixture onto a tortilla. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Roll tortilla and hold with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. (I usually let set overnight.) When set, slice and serve.
