PIE CRUST FROM THE KITCHEN OF
GRANDMA FRITZ
 
1/2 c. lard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. flour

Above = 1 crust; double the ingredients for a 2 crust pie.

RHUBARB PIE:

1 1/3 to 2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
4 c. cut up rhubarb
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
