1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter, creamy or super chunky
6 c. Rice Krispies cereal

Grease 9x13x2 inch baking pan. In large saucepan, stir together corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter over low heat. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add cereal; toss to coat well. Press into prepared pan. Cool, then cut into 1x3 inch bars. Makes 39.
