PEACH CRUNCH PIE | |
1 pie shell 1 c. sugar 2 1/2 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. cream 6 fresh peaches, peeled & sliced 1/4 c. oatmeal 1/4 c. flour 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. butter Line pie pan with crust and lay peaches evenly in pan. Combine sugar, 2 1/2 tablespoons flour, salt, cinnamon and cream. Pour over peaches. Mix oatmeal, 1/4 cup flour, brown sugar and butter into a crumbly mixture and sprinkle over the top of the pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
