PEACH DESSERT CRUNCH CAKE | |
1 lg. can sliced peaches 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. soft butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour Put peaches in 9x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cup sugar over top of sliced peaches. Mix butter, egg, baking powder, 3/4 cup sugar and flour in bowl. Spoon over sliced peaches. Bake at 420 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn down to 350 degrees for 1 hour. Should brown top. |
