SPINACH MILANO 
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
4 slices pasteurized process American cheese, cut in cubes
4 slices natural brick cheese, cut in cubes
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook spinach according to directions; drain. Gradually add flour to butter blending until smooth. Add to spinach along with other ingredients mixing well. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 8 servings.
