3/4 c. cold mashed potato
4 c. confectioners' sugar
4 c. coconut, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 squares melted chocolate, baking

Mix potato and confectioners' sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients. Press into pan 1/2" thick. Melt chocolate and spread over candy. Refrigerate.
