Bag of cleaned spinach
1 can bean sprouts or use fresh sprouts
5 slices crumbled bacon
1 can thinly sliced water chestnuts
2 hard cooked eggs

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 sm. grated onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Clean spinach and mix salad ingredients together. Mix dressing and add at serving time. Finely chopped tomatoes can also be added.
