MARINATED GINGER CHICKEN | |
4 tsp. minced garlic 2 tbsp. fresh ginger 6 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice 1/4 c. orange juice 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1/4 c. honey or brown sugar Mix together. Pour over 3 - 4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Marinate 24 hours, turning occasionally. Place pieces in jelly roll pan. Broil 5 to 10 minutes. Turn again and brush. Broil until done. Can also be prepared on outdoor grill. |
