CHEESE POTATOES CASSEROLE 
8 potatoes, peeled cooked and mashed
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
2 chopped green onions
Dash garlic salt and pepper

Mix all the above well and put into buttered 9 x 13 casserole. On top put 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
