CHEESE WAFERS 
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1/2 lb. soft butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Mix butter and cheese. In another bowl mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to cheese mixture. Make small balls and smash. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. While hot, put on paper towel.
